This Privacy Policy applies to the MateDrive app for mobile devices, created by Inhong Kim (the "Service Provider"). MateDrive is an iOS companion app for TeslaMate and connects to the TeslaMate server you configure.

MateDrive is a companion app for TeslaMate, a self-hosted data logger for Tesla vehicles. The Application connects only to a TeslaMate server that you configure yourself, and displays vehicle data such as driving history, charging records, trip information, maps, and vehicle status.

The Service Provider does not operate a backend that collects or stores your Tesla data or personal information from the Application.

MateDrive may access, display, and locally cache information that you choose to make available through your TeslaMate server, such as:

• vehicle status and telemetry
• drive, charge, and trip history
• location-related data provided by your TeslaMate server
• server connection settings and in-app preferences stored on your device

This information is transmitted directly between your device and the TeslaMate server you configure. It may also be stored locally on your device to improve app functionality and performance.

The Service Provider does not sell your data and does not receive your TeslaMate data on a Service Provider-controlled server.

Depending on the features you use, data may be processed by third parties that you interact with directly through the Application, including:

• your self-hosted TeslaMate server or hosting provider
• Apple services used for in-app purchases, subscription restoration, or app distribution
• Apple system services such as map rendering, if you use map-based features

MateDrive does not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking controlled by the Service Provider.

You can stop data transmission by removing or disabling your TeslaMate server connection. You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.

The Service Provider does not retain your TeslaMate data on Service Provider-controlled servers. Data stored locally on your device remains under your control. Data stored on your TeslaMate server is retained according to your TeslaMate setup and hosting environment.

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The security of your data depends in part on the security of your device and the TeslaMate server you configure. You are responsible for protecting access to your TeslaMate server and using secure network configurations where appropriate.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-03-12.

By using the Application, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.
